First I want to thank everyone who sent me the story about the baby who had 100 rat bites. However I don’t think it’s a PBB or even a BB story just yet.
As far as I can tell the entire neighborhood had a rat problem and the parents did everything you would think to do to get rid of the rats.
If criminal charges are filed I may rethink my position.
